Do I need to book an appointment in advance?+
We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and bridal packages. You can book via our contact form, WhatsApp, or phone call. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but an appointment ensures you get your preferred stylist and time slot.
What brands of products do you use?+
We exclusively use premium, internationally recognised brands including L'Oréal Professionnel, Wella Professionals, OPI, Kerastase, and selected medical-grade skincare lines. All products are authentic, imported, and sourced from certified distributors.
How far in advance should I book my bridal package?+
We recommend booking your bridal package at least 3–4 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons (November–February and April–May in Gujarat). This ensures you get a bridal consultation, trial session, and any pre-bridal skin treatments scheduled properly before your big day.
Do you offer consultations before services?+
Absolutely. We offer complimentary consultations before all hair colouring, keratin, and bridal services. Our experts will assess your hair type, discuss your desired outcome, and recommend the most suitable treatment plan tailored specifically for you.
What are your salon's working hours?+
Glam Glow is open seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are open on all holidays and festivals. Our last appointment slot begins at 7:00 PM to ensure every client receives full, unhurried service.
Is parking available at Shivalik Plaza?+
Yes, Shivalik Plaza has ample parking available on basement and ground floor levels. Valet parking is also available during peak hours. The salon is easily accessible from BRTS and local auto rickshaws via the Pakwan Cross Road stop on SG Highway.
